Semi-Qualified CA
Casela Advisors is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have cleared their CA Intermediate examination to gain comprehensive hands-on experience in a professional environment while progressing towards their CA qualification.
You will work under the guidance of experienced CAs and senior professionals, gaining practical knowledge in audit, taxation, accounting, and corporate advisory services. This role is designed to provide a stepping stone in your CA career journey while contributing meaningfully to our client engagements.
- Assist in conducting audits of financial statements for various client organizations
- Prepare and review tax returns, TDS schedules, and tax compliances under supervision
- Support in accounting and bookkeeping tasks including journal entries and reconciliations
- Help in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
- Conduct research on accounting and tax matters, preparing memos and notes
- Assist with GST compliance, filing of returns, and audit procedures
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and on-site engagements
- Maintain documentation and working papers as per professional standards
- Support in preparation of audit reports and advisory documents
- Develop technical knowledge through continuous learning and professional development
Educational Background
- CA Intermediate Qualified (both groups cleared)
- Strong academic performance at graduation and intermediate levels
- Knowledge of accounting standards (Ind-AS, GAAP)
- Understanding of Indian tax laws and GST
Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Tally, IDEA, or other audit and accounting software
- Familiarity with audit planning, execution, and reporting procedures
- Knowledge of corporate law and companies act compliance
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Client-centric mindset and willingness to take on challenging assignments

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday – Friday (with flexibility during audit seasons)
