Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead audit, taxation, and advisory
engagements across a diverse client base. The ideal candidate combines strong technical
expertise with the ability to manage teams and client relationships. This role offers
exposure to statutory audits, complex tax matters, and high-level advisory work in a
growing Chartered Accountancy firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead statutory, tax, and internal audit engagements end-to-end.
- Finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / AS).
- Handle Income Tax, GST, and ROC compliance for clients.
- Manage scrutiny assessments, notices, and representations before authorities.
- Provide advisory on taxation, regulatory, and business compliance matters.
- Review the work of article assistants and junior team members.
- Coordinate with clients on engagement planning, queries, and deliverables.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — member of ICAI.
- 0–3 years post-qualification experience (freshers may apply).
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and auditing standards.
- Hands-on experience with audits and financial statement finalization.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting / tax software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team-leadership skills.
