Notice for change in information of partner or designated partner is the statutory disclosure under Section 25 of the LLP Act 2008 read with Rule 22 of the LLP Rules 2009. Every appointment, cessation, resignation, change in designation, or change in personal particulars (name, address, nationality) of a partner or designated partner must be notified to the Registrar in Form LLP-4 within 30 days of the change. Designated partners must additionally hold a valid DPIN (Designated Partner Identification Number) under Section 7.
Every LLP must, at all times, have a minimum of two designated partners, of whom at least one must be a resident of India.
